Pay structure

TIERED COMMISSION

As an employee's sales performance increases, their commission percentage increases.

Tier 1 (up to $5,000 in monthly sales): 35% commission

Tier 2 ($5,001 - $10,000 in monthly sales): 40% commission

Tier 3 (over $10,000 in monthly sales): 50% commission

Product Sales Commission: 10%.

Base hourly rate for all employees: $20

No tipping.  Purpose is to build trust with customers so stylists and technicians have high client retention rates.

Training and Mentorship Incentives.   Offering additional pay incentives for employees who mentor and train junior staff members to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
